Terms of use

These terms apply to visitors of https://featurestreamhub.digital and to organisations that commission work from Featurestreamhub, a marketing performance measurement practice operating from Level 8, 71 Kostava Street, Tbilisi 0171.

Acceptance

By using this site or by confirming an engagement in writing (including email), you accept these terms. If you are confirming on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

What we offer

Featurestreamhub provides measurement reviews, pre-campaign measurement plans, quarterly visual briefings, and workshops, as described on this site. Descriptions of fees are informational. A confirmed quote and any statement of work control the engagement. This site does not take payment.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, layout, and original charts shown as examples remain ours. Your data, invoices, and outcome files remain yours. The briefing we produce for a paid engagement is licensed to you for internal use, including sharing with your agency and board. You may not resell the briefing or present it as your own measurement product. We may describe the type of work in general terms in our journal; we will not name you or reproduce confidential figures without written permission.

Your files

You warrant that you have the right to share the extracts you send us. You must not send special categories of personal data (health, political opinions, children’s data) unless we have agreed a separate written basis. Campaign reports and aggregated booking counts are the usual materials.

Liability

We prepare briefings with care. We do not warrant that a commercial decision based on a briefing will produce a particular revenue result. Our liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Georgian law does not allow a limit (including liability for wilful misconduct). We are not liable for lost profits, lost media value, or disputes between you and your agencies.

Site use

You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs other visitors, attempt to break the mock form endpoint, or misrepresent an affiliation with Featurestreamhub. Content is provided as general information about our practice, not as legal, tax, or investment advice.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from the site or from an engagement, are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version for site use. Confirmed engagements keep the terms in force on the confirmation date unless both parties agree otherwise.
