Planning engagement
Pre-campaign measurement plan
Before the next flight is booked, we set the question, the outcome, the comparison, and the files you will need so the later review is possible.
Too many reviews fail because nobody decided, in week zero, what would count as a result. A pre-campaign measurement plan is a short engagement that sits before media is booked.
What you receive
A six-to-ten page plan naming the business question, the primary outcome, the comparison (year-prior, holdout region, or a paused placement), the extract you will need from each channel, and the dates when those extracts should be pulled. If the planned activity cannot be measured honestly, the plan says that in writing so you can change the activity rather than discover the gap in month three.
When it is worth it
Use this when a new outdoor line is going up along Kostava or the airport road, when a tourism season is about to be funded, or when two agencies will run in parallel and you already know the decks will not match. Skip it if the campaign is a one-week burst with no outcome file at all; we will tell you that in the first call.
How it runs
Two working sessions and a written plan. We do not sit in the media negotiation. We do ask that the person who owns the booking or CRM extract attends the second session, because that is usually where the plan becomes realistic.
The fee starts at 1,900 GEL. If you later commission a measurement review on the same flight, part of this fee is credited, as set out in the quote.
