What we collect

Site messages. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, optional engagement type, optional starting window, and message you enter. The form is sent to a static success file for demonstration; in live operation we read the same fields from email or a successor inbox. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or identification document scans in the message field.

Email and phone. If you write or call, we keep the correspondence needed to reply and, if you become a client, to run the engagement.

Engagement files. Clients send media invoices, channel exports, and outcome extracts. Those files may contain business contacts (names and work emails of your staff or agency). We process them to produce the briefing you commissioned. Aggregated performance figures are not used to profile consumers.

Technical data. Our host may record standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) to keep the site available and to diagnose faults. We do not sell lists.

Consent preference. Your Accept or Reject choice is stored in localStorage on your device under the key featurestreamhub_cookie_consent. See the cookies page.

Purposes and legal bases

We reply to enquiries and perform a contract (or steps prior to contract) when you ask for a quote or commission work. We keep invoices and engagement records to meet Georgian accounting and tax duties. We may rely on legitimate interests to protect the site against abuse. Where we use a non-essential cookie in future, we will ask for consent first.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become an engagement are kept for up to 18 months. Engagement files and briefings are kept for up to five years after the last invoice, unless you ask for earlier deletion of copies we no longer need for accounting or a legal claim. Server logs follow the host’s rotation, typically under 90 days.

Your rights

Under Georgian personal data protection law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and information about processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia. To exercise rights, write to hello@featurestreamhub.digital. We may need to confirm you are the person concerned.

International transfers

Our studio and primary files sit in Georgia. Email or hosting providers may process limited technical or message data in other countries. Where a transfer leaves Georgia, we use a provider contract and, where required, an appropriate safeguard. We do not send campaign files to a public generative service.

Recipients

Staff working on your engagement. Professional advisers (accountant, lawyer) under confidentiality. Hosts and email operators. We do not sell personal data.

Children

This site and our services are directed at organisations and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
